Planned Expansion

The building was initially constructed on an oversized lot to allow for future expansion.  With the initial single-storey building 8,400 square foot building considered as phase one, phase two will add 11,800 square feet in two storey structure adjacent to phase one.  Phase three will add 12,800 square feet in a four-storey structure adjacent to phase two.  The final completed building size will be 33,000 square feet.

The tenant base currently consists of small businesses ranging from 1-2 people requiring one or two single offices to an eight-person operation occupying 2,300 square feet.  The target market is Orleans and East-end business owners, as well as employees of larger downtown business seeking a local office in order to avoid commute times between Orleans and Ottawa.
